I countered with a fair offer, and a representative from the dealership called to say my number was very close to what they could accept and invited me in for an inspection. I clearly stated I wouldn’t come unless my counter was acceptable pending a clean inspection, and I was assured it was.

I just have to say I am so glad to be back at Mercedes. I made the mistake of trying an Audi Q8 and I was not happy with the experience at the service department. I just purchased a GLE AMG 53 which I picked up today. I have to shoot out Ceaser from the service department is the 1 reason why I returned. He has been our service advisor for over 10 years and has been phenomenal. Enzo impagliazzo was our sales consultant and he did a good job of walking us through the sales process. Also he has already in 24 hrs followed up with us on the items that need to be reviewed on the car, so good follow up on the sale. So at this point very good customer care.
