Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Automotive Sales Experience Required! Applicant must have proven and successful sales experience at a reputable automotive dealership. Schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends. This is a full-time position opportunity. We utilize state of the art technology and require all sales professionals to utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Candidate must have a retail license and clean driving record.
Ideal Candidates: We’re seeking passion and excellence. Strong salesmanship and ability to problem solve with a positive attitude and dynamic personality. High level of interpersonal management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills are a must! Preferably has previous luxury automotive sales experience in New or Pre-Owned sales.

Sales BDC Representative – Appointment Scheduling
We’re seeking a high energy individual with a background in customer service and/or phone sales experience to join our team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Task orientated
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills (typing and ability to learn new software)
Full-Time, 40 hours/week position with rotating weekends.
Lucrative pay plan: Hourly base pay + commissions.
