What You Need to Charge at a Tesla Supercharger

To charge your Mercedes-Benz EV at a Tesla Supercharger, you must use the official Mercedes-Benz DC Fast Charging Adapter. This adapter is specifically designed and rigorously tested by Mercedes-Benz to ensure safe and reliable DC fast charging via the NACS charging cable.

The adapter connects the NACS plug to the CCS1 port on your Mercedes-Benz EV and is rated for 500 amps and 1000 volts. It is intended strictly for DC fast charging and should not be used for AC charging applications such as home wallboxes or Level 2 public chargers. Use of non-approved adapters may result in vehicle damage not covered under your Mercedes-Benz warranty.
