The EQE comes standard with three charging programs – Standard, Home and Work. The Home and Work options can be switched on based on your location. This means that they can be turned on automatically as soon as the EQE is parked at a charging point at the GPS positions store in the system.
The length of time to charge an EQE is dependant on the power source. Using a 240V outlet can charge the EQE from 10-100% in nine hours or less. Or, a DC fast charger 170kW can charge the EQE from 10-100% in 32 minutes or less.
Active Lane Keeping Assist is activated when speeds exceed 37 mph and the system uses a camera to detect when road markings or road edges are crossed, helping the driver to avoid leaving the lane unintentionally.
The Mercedes-Benz EQE offers an impressive range of up to 660 km or 410 miles according to WLTP (1) and is suitable for longer drives. The model range will include two variants at market launch: the EQE 350 with 288 hp as well as a second model that will be announced at a later date.
Mercedes-Benz supplies a battery certificate for its high-voltage batteries and a performance warranty for customer: 10 years or a mileage of 155,000 miles with a defined residual capacity.
