I did not know there was a testimonial section and I'm glad to read that others share the same appreciation that I do for Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel. My car was NOT purchased at MBLN, but having been to 4 other dealers, I can honestly say that I will not go anywhere else for service except MBLN. Wonderful treatment, no-waiting express check-in, and loaners ready to go; I live in the Los Angeles area and it makes the 1.5 hr drive to Laguna Niguel worth it every single time to have a service adviser remember me as a friend than as strictly business. By far the best experience I have ever had at any Mercedes-Benz dealership. Before I used to take my car to ***** since it was a lot closer, but after being dissatisfied plenty of times with there reps, service, valet, rental, etc. I got fed up taking my car there. And now that I purchased a new car I was not about to trust myself going there and decided to take it to Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel. First off I must say how easy, pleasant and fast it was to schedule an appointment for the same day. Second, the moment I got there my rep was called and was helped right away. The process took less then 10 minutes, I was in and out in no time. Even the steps for the loaner put me at ease compared to *****. Over there it is run by (an outside firm) and every time you receive a rental you were charged for insurance everyday it was out despite having car insurance. With Laguna Niguel I was in and out in time and didn't have the hassle of paying extra since it went through my insurance. Third, when it was time for me to pick up my car, my vehicle was already outside and ready to go. At ****** it was such a big process for them to take back the rental then go inside the cashier office for your paperwork, then sign like a million pages, and after that given a number to take out to valet for them to call someone else just to have your car come around the corner which could easily take up to like 10 or 20 minutes. Knowing that I just dropped off the loaner, met with Greg, talked over what was fixed, no papers to sign, car already parked and I was set. Less than 10 minutes was spent of my time, by far an amazing experience. I commend Laguna Niguel for such an exceptional team and I will definitely come back again from now till I continue to own a Mercedes. Thank you to Greg for such outstanding service!
